Appointments & Cancellations
Appointment requests submitted through this Site are subject to availability and confirmation by our front office team. Submitting a request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment until you receive direct confirmation from our staff.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling our office at (575) 538-2981.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee at the discretion of the practice.
Telehealth appointments require a stable internet connection and are subject to state licensure limitations.
Insurance verification is the patient's responsibility. We recommend confirming coverage prior to your visit.
Silver Health CARE reserves the right to decline or cancel appointments at our discretion, including in cases where a patient's needs fall outside our scope of practice.
